Monthly Plans and Lifetime Data Packs

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs work well for occasional access. The options below show the available billing terms without converting total prices into other billing periods.

VPNYW · PLANS

Data resets monthly on your activation date

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB.

Monthly plan

60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for everyday browsing, email, and text-based tools. If you only occasionally visit international websites, estimate your actual usage to see whether this allowance fits. There’s no need to budget for data you don’t expect to use.

Streaming video, downloading files, and background syncing also use data. This plan is suggested for lighter use; that doesn’t mean every usage pattern will fit within the allowance until the next reset.

Monthly plan

250GB

¥18/month

A good fit for alternating between work and leisure. You can use the same account on a computer for work and other devices for browsing; consider their combined data use when choosing an allowance, rather than estimating just one device.

This plan includes more data but doesn’t promise a particular video quality or fixed speed. Viewing time, file sizes, and automatic syncing all affect actual usage.

Monthly plan

500GB

¥28/month

Best value · lowest cost per GB on a monthly plan

This is the lowest cost per GB among the monthly plans; it doesn’t mean everyone needs the largest allowance.

A good fit for frequent streaming, transferring large files, or ongoing use across multiple devices. The larger allowance offers more room, but keep an eye on total account usage—especially cloud storage syncing and large updates—to catch background data use.

A larger allowance is not unlimited data. If you use relatively little, choose the plan that fits your needs instead of deciding solely by the cost per GB.

Use it until it runs out; it never expires

Data packs aren’t time-based and don’t renew monthly. Your remaining data stays available, making them a good fit if you don’t want to plan around monthly usage.

Lifetime data pack

300GB

¥158/300GB

A good fit for occasional research, short-term overseas work, or usage that varies from month to month. When you’re not actively using the service, your remaining data stays available for next time.

This is the total price for a data pack, not a monthly fee. If you start using the service more often, compare it with a monthly plan instead of assuming a data pack will always be the better fit.

Lifetime data pack

1000GB

¥358/1000GB

A good fit if your access needs are occasional but may involve file transfers or extended streaming. Your data stays available through inactive periods, so there’s no need to use it all before a reset date.

Never expiring doesn’t mean unlimited capacity. Extended streaming and large downloads can use up your balance quickly, so check your account usage regularly.

Lifetime data pack

3000GB

¥658/3000GB

A good fit if you understand your usage and want a larger total allowance. Before choosing, make sure your usual devices and clients can connect, then consider whether you need the extra data.

The total allowance is larger, but the same use-it-until-it-runs-out rule applies. If you don’t have a clear need, don’t choose this plan just because the capacity looks generous.

Included with every plan

Plans differ in capacity and billing, while device access and route coverage are described consistently. These features aren’t guarantees of a specific speed or access to particular content platforms.

Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use your account across multiple devices. All devices on the same account share data, so unlimited devices and a limited plan allowance can both apply.
110+ countries / 210+ routes
Choose a region based on what you want to access, then compare route types. Coverage describes the routes available; it doesn’t mean every route will work the same way with every website. View the route list.
Popular desktop and mobile platforms
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in with an active plan to get available downloads and subscription details from the account panel.
Military-grade encryption
Make sure your client and subscription settings match when connecting. Keep your account password and subscription details secure, and don’t share subscription information publicly.
Streaming access
Choose a route based on the region of the content you want to access. Platform availability is subject to the platform’s own checks. Plan data doesn’t include a platform subscription or guarantee a particular picture quality or access result.
14-day no-questions-asked refunds
Before committing to long-term use, check your usual network, devices, and destinations. Review the separate refund policy for its terms. Submit order or connection issues through a panel support ticket.

For your first connection, follow the getting started guide to set up your client. When reporting an issue, include your platform, route, and any error message to help narrow down the cause. Plan details don’t include a guaranteed response time.

Start with your total account usage

If you already have usage history, start with your total account consumption over a complete usage period. Looking only at a single download or one computer can miss data used by other devices. Streaming quality, automatic updates, cloud syncing, and file transfers all affect usage, so don’t judge the allowance by how often you open the client.

For regular use, compare monthly plans first. If you only visit international websites from time to time, consider a data pack. A lower total price and a lower cost per GB are different ways to compare plans. Even if a plan has a lower cost per GB, it may not suit you if you won’t use most of its allowance.

Review your remaining usage before upgrading

If you’re running low on data, check for background tasks that may be using it before upgrading. A mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade is prorated against the remaining days; confirm the details in the panel before proceeding. Check how your existing plan, new plan, order status, and current allowance relate to one another in the panel. Don’t assume different billing types combine automatically.

Payment Options and Order Confirmation

Check your plan before paying

Open the account panel from a plan card and sign in to find the plan you want. Check its name, price, data allowance, and billing type, especially whether it’s a monthly plan or a lifetime data pack. If you need to create an account, no email address is required—use a username and password. Keep your login details safe so you can check orders and subscriptions later.

Choose a payment method shown in the panel and follow the instructions on the current page. For USDT, carefully check the network, amount, and payment details displayed in the panel. Don’t fill them in based on another order or an old screenshot. Follow the instructions for your current order; don’t look for payment addresses on this marketing page.

Return to the panel to check your status

After paying, return to the account panel to check whether the order has updated and the plan is active. A success message in your payment app alone doesn’t confirm that your subscription is ready. Once you have an active plan, go to the downloads area to get a client and subscription, then follow the guide to import and test the connection.

If your payment record and panel status don’t match, first make sure you’re signed in to the same account. Then submit the order details and a description of the issue through a panel support ticket. Include only the payment details needed; redact personal information unrelated to the order from screenshots. Avoid placing the same order again.

14-day no-questions-asked refunds

Test the scenarios you use most before deciding how to proceed.

VPNYW offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Connection quality depends on your local network, destinations, and client settings. Test your usual scenarios on your regular devices: check that the subscription imported correctly, confirm the route region matches your target service, and see whether everyday access meets your needs.

To request a refund, first read the refund policy and check the applicable terms and order details. Then sign in to the account panel and submit a ticket with the order and your refund request. There’s no need to write a detailed troubleshooting report just to request a refund. If you also need help with a connection issue, you can add a brief note.

Watch for a reply to your ticket and provide any information requested. Refund progress is communicated through ticket replies; this page doesn’t promise a processing or payment arrival time. Avoid submitting the same request more than once to keep the order details consistent. For the full service rules, read the Terms of Service.

Billing and Refund FAQs

Find the relevant rule for data allowances, resets, upgrades, or payment status.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Check your current usage and reset date in the account panel before scheduling downloads or streaming.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated against the remaining days. Review and confirm the upgrade details in the account panel before proceeding; don’t estimate the amount due based on a full month.

Do data packs expire or renew monthly?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They aren’t monthly plans, and data isn’t added each month. Compare the total capacity with how often you expect to use it; don’t treat the price as a monthly fee.

Does unlimited device access mean unlimited data?

No. Unlimited simultaneous devices refers to the number of devices; each plan still has a data allowance. Devices on the same account share data, so include streaming, downloads, and background syncing in your usage estimate.

What if my account panel hasn’t updated after payment?

First, check your order status, payment record, and current plan in the account panel. If they still don’t match, submit the order details and a description of the issue through a panel support ticket. Avoid placing the same order again.

How do I request a refund?

VPNYW offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Read the refund policy first, then sign in to the account panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and refund request. Check the ticket replies for updates.
